The company specialises in searching out real estate with untapped potential in the form of suitable offices, warehouses and parking, subsequently handling its commercialisation and/or management.

Depending on the situation, therein especially the needs of the counterparty, we provide services on commission or we lease the object in question, performing all necessary action on our own.

We provide extensive services ranging from the revitalization of neglected facilities via commercialization and finally, professional management. Apart from rendering real estate development services, the company also manages multiple company-owned properties.

Inter Commerce collaborated in the creation of commercial and office buildings, along with the sale of real estate for such facilities.

Almost 1.000.000 m² of investment areas destined for commercialisation are currently directly and indirectly in the company’s inventories, in addition to more than 27.000 m² leased out for office, warehouse and production purposes.

Inter Commerce purchased a great number of buildings in the raw state in Warsaw, put the finishing touches to them, and commercialised them.

Pola Karolińskie

The premises by the Pola Karolińskie street partially serves as the company’s headquarters.

Carrefour Łódź

With the participation of Inter Commerce, the first store of the chain Carrefour was created in Łódź. Right next to it, the company previously obtained centralised real estate for residential construction. The commercialization of the remaining terrain owned by the company is still in progress.

Ostrów Wielkopolski

In Ostrów Wielkopolski, the company is in possession grounds destined for commercialisation in the future.

The „New Mikołajki” investment

One of Inter Commerce’s biggest achievements is the creation of the fundament of Mikołajki and initiating the city’s development. Within the framework of the „New Mikołajki” project, Inter Commerce, towards the end of the 90s, planned the extensive development of Mikołajki.
