Inter Commerce sp. z o. o. (Ltd.) was established in 1992. Initially, our primary area of operation was the import of consumer electronics and trade. As the company developed, our field of activity expanded into many directions and soon, the electronic equipment assembly plant of the Korean company „Goldstar” was opened and the production of store equipment started, which included: cash registers, scales, cash register desks, shop furniture, as well as customer guidance systems. The export of the produced equipment began, as well as the import of other goods and with them international transport began to develop and soon after followed the construction of the first large-area stores in Poland called HIT.
Shortly, the company expanded its property development business and began to be active in real estate trading. In order to expand the scope of its services, the company created one of the biggest architectural firms in the country, which designed numerous shopping centres, office buildings and residential complexes. Inter Commerce cooperated in the implementation of the investments of Bemowo Shopping Centre, Arkadia Shopping Centre, Wileńska Shopping Centre, Szczecin Turzyn Shopping Centre, as well as other investments of this sort in a variety of Polish cities. The company pursued some of them fully from the project to the construction (for example C.H Bemowo in Warsaw) and in collaboration with Carrefour Poland, created the first Carrefour store in Central Eastern Europe in Lodz.
The pride of the company is the investment carried out in Mikołajki – „New Mikołajki”, where a building complex was built, which is currently the most photographed place in the Pearl of Masuria.
Inter Commerce operates on the wholesale market, as well as providing comprehensive services for businesses in the field of accounting and broadly understood commercial advising.
We believe that, apart from the economic aspect, it is important for a company to be ecologically active and to support the youngest members of society. With this in mind, Inter Commerce is constantly investing in projects including environmentally-friendly lighting systems and renewable energy sources. We also consistently donate part of our profit to charitable causes, such as aiding ill children. One of the members of the company’s management board is among the precursors in the field of investment and commercial use of renewable energy in our country. The company’s vehicles have also been replaced with hybrid vehicles.
